Seasonal Sale Information
My sales are very busy and high-demand
products tend to sell out quickly.​ It helps to familiarise
yourself with my website prior to the start of
the sale to save you time.

Product listings include quantities and biscuit/packaging sizes, and are available to view in my website store

Email address typos at checkout are very common
and can make it tricky for me to contact you.
Please check you have entered your
email address correctly so I can get your order
confirmation to you promptly.
If you haven't received your confirmation or order collection emails please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes my emails like to hide in there!

All of my biscuits, including biscuits in the
decorating kits, are heat sealed and will easily
stay fresh for three months. Your decorating kits will come with information on storing them until needed.
Kids kits are intended for children to get creative and design their own biscuits, so do not include step by step instructions or photos.

For postal orders I use NZ Post Overnight Courier as they are the fastest and most reliable courier
service, however there are sometimes delays at busy times of year, and RD/remote areas may take an additional day. You can find more information about this service here. Unfortunately I don't have
any control over orders once they are with the courier but I will help in any way I can if there is a delay!
Wherever possible I will always fit your order into a smaller box/bag and refund you the difference.
