In 2018, after years of making biscuits for my family and friends, I turned my love of creating these tiny treats into Little Biscuit. In a short time this one-woman show grew rapidly from just a few custom orders a week to being booked out at least a year ahead of time, with my biscuits now being couriered nation-wide. With the introduction of classes and biscuit decorating kits, business is busier than ever. However, despite the demands of juggling this business with our young family, I wouldn't have it any other way - even if I do spend more time in the kitchen than I do in my bed!
