Having Coeliacs Disease myself, I have a very good understanding of the importance of preparing Gluten/Dairy-free products carefully to avoid cross-contamination.
My Gluten/Dairy-free biscuits are made and baked using dedicated kitchen utensils and trays, and are always baked first in the morning, packaged and heat-sealed before
I start working with regular dough.
However, they are prepared in the same facility and oven as my regular biscuits, so please consider this when ordering.

My biscuits are baked in a nut-free kitchen, and sprinkles are nut, gluten and dairy free.
​
Unlike traditional royal icing, I use heat-treated meringue powder in my royal icing, making it suitable for pregnant women, young children, the elderly, and those with weakened immune systems.
