Having Coeliacs Disease myself, I have a very good understanding of the importance of preparing gluten/dairy-free biscuits carefully so as to avoid cross-contamination. My gluten/dairy-free products are made and baked using dedicated kitchen utensils and trays, and are always baked first in the morning, packaged and heat-sealed before I start working with regular dough. However, they are prepared in the same facility and oven as my regular biscuits so please consider this when ordering.
Elf Suitcase Mini Biscuit Kit

This fun little Elf treat includes six tiny elf-sized vanilla biscuits, Christmas sprinkles, two itty bitty piping bags of pre-mixed royal icing, two wooden spatulas and a wee note from your Elf. All of this comes packaged in a festive little cardboard suitcase which could easily be reused for future Elf adventures! Suitcase measures approx. 8cm x 5cm and patterns will vary but all are very similar (red with a festive pattern).
